Monica Oliver Chief Executive Manager Monica Oliver has more than 25 years experience in healthcare management.  She has a degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Baltimore.  Her background includes Credentialing, Risk Management, Quality Management, Managed Care and Medicare Advantage.  Monica has worked for several community hospitals in Maryland including physician’s group organizations and the Medical Chirurgical Society of Maryland.  She brings a vast of knowledge of credentialing and healthcare management.
